The Momentum Private Equity Fund - 2004 (MPEF), a fund of funds, closed successfully in May 2005. MPEF offers a limited group of high net worth investors, with a combined net worth of over $2.5 billion, access and diversity to leading domestic and international private equity managers.
MPEF investors are also offered direct investment opportunities to Momentum deals and co-investment in deals introduced to / by managers of the underlying funds in which MPEF has invested.
