Paul Kaplan joined Momentum Corporate in October 2003 after 7 years experience in investment banking and commerce.
Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Global Micro Solutions, Paul gained private equity experience at Brait Limited, an international private equity firm with over $750m under management, including the $150m management buyout and delisting of LogicalOptions Ltd, an international staffing and recruitment company.
Paul is a qualified chartered accountant having worked at Arthur Andersen for 3 years in their audit and business advisory division where his focus was on the telecommunications industry.
