Andrew Bloom established Momentum Private Equity together with Kevin Jacobson in February 2005. Previously, Andrew spent twelve years in a senior management capacity in both large corporate enterprises as well as smaller private companies in the UK.
Andrew has experience in dealing with local and international private equity firms and has been involved in a number of investee companies from start-up through to exit.
Andrew’s early career was in investment banking with James D. Wolfensohn in New York where he was involved in M&A and corporate advice to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining James D. Wolfensohn, Andrew worked for NM Rothschild in London in both their Asset Management and Corporate Finance areas.
