For transactions over $50 million, we would introduce these to one of the leading underlying managers in MPEF and secure a minority co-investment position for MPEF investors.

Our funds are raised on an 'as needed' basis from the MPEF Investor base (which has a combined net worth of in excess of $2 billion), providing Momentum with a genuine funding source for the right deal.

Our investment horizon is 3 - 5 years per investment.
